Windows 10: Code 43 popping up for my USB Headset

My headset was working perfeclty fine yesterday then all of a sudden now my laptop isnt recognizing it. ik my usb's are all good as they are all up to date and ive plugged my mouse into each one and its working perfectly fine. ik my USB for my headset is good because ive plugged it into my PS5 and it works perfectly fine. ive litterally looked all over the internet trying every method and can seem to find a solution. ive gone and changed my power settings for usb, ive tried to update my device thats showing as unkown device, ive uninstalled and reinstalled etc. ive tried a lot with no solution

Thank you for the response. I suggest you to visit Samsung and update the drivers and firmware for your headset to see if it works.



If it still fails, you may want to try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Locate the headset that is failing, right click on it, and choose
  Update Driver.
  
• Select Browse my computer for driver software and click on
  Let me pick from a list of available drivers.
  
• Choose the latest drivers there and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
  
• Exit Device Manager, restart the machine and check if the issue persists.

USB headset 7.1 - Unknown USB Device Error Code 43 (Windows 10)

Hi, everyone.

I have a problem with my new computer. While I updated my new OS (from Windows 7 to Windows 10), my USB headset 7.1 (Asus strix dsp) didnot work at present. My headset is fine when I was using Windows 7. While I check the problem, my computer display: Unknown
USB Device with the Error Code 43.

Hence, I go to the official website of motherboard and download the driver. However, the installiation of driver of headset is failed since the computer indicated it is disconnected. Windows updated is also OK, cannot find any problem. Even I updated eash
USB drivers, the items that showed the Error Code 43 will disappear, but still appear that error after few seconds....

For the hardware, when I connect it with my computer by the USB, the light of headset control is on within 1 second and then off immediately, the computer showed Error Code 43.

So how do I fix the probelm? Thank you!

Error Code 43 is a Device Manager error that means the following:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).

When you get this error with USB devices it’s because one of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner. This can be because of corruption in one of the loaded drivers and the driver cache just
needs to be flushed. An alternative to resolve this issue is to perform
Power Drain, to do so follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec.
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
