Windows 10: (Code 43) USB WINDOWS 10

I upgraded my pc to windows a long time a go the issue was after 2 months of the upgrade i decided to connect the usual cables keyboard mouse headset and on port that only works with my external usb 3.0 hdd ... for some reason i cant connect anything beside the hdd .

tried:
uninstalling driver
updating driver
restarting.

PS: if some says power issues i don't think so my USB hdd has 1 terabyte and its speed exceeds 30 mbs transfer data all of the ports are 3.0.

Laptop is a g750 jm all ports are working some kind driver issue of some sort.

After win 10 up date my USB device is not recognized. It gives error code43. How to solve this problem?

I have tried everything and can't get it to work have 2 usb ports that it says above... i tried uninstalling them and restart my computer and it still popes up... didn't have this problem until I installed windows 10
