BSOD stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi Team,
I just experienced bsod with code stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, unfortunately, i wasnt quick enough to take a screenshot of the window.
In the attachment is the dump file.

Can anyone help track down which driver/component triggered the crash.

My computer had been having BSoD's for a while, and old hard drive not long after. After installing a new HDD and formatting and everything properly, all seemed to be well but I'm still getting occasional BSoD's, and usually repeatedly when it does happen
once. Especially when opening chrome tabs or applications. The BSoD error codes:

• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
• KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
• DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL tcpip.sys

with the last one being the most recent. What can I do?

  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.
