    Code never arrives


    Hi Guys,Hope someone has an idea.The previously used PC had a major technical failure and needed to be replaced.The same model arrived and I switched the SSDs.After starting the new PC with the old SSD, Windows says that the PIN is not valid anymore and need to be renewed.Okay, no problem so far.Problem is, that I should next enter a code that would have been sent to the used email account.Unfortunately, this mail never arrives.I have full access to the account and Outlook online, but I don't get any email.Not in the Junk, no Spam, no nothing.There is no alternative option mentioned.Is there

    My step daughter has forgotten her password. We have asked for the verification code, which should come to my email address and its not arriving. Its exam time, she needs her computer and can't sign on at all
