Windows 10: code not found

I am trying to work through a program called avogadro for class but everytime i try to open it it says the code execution cannot proceed because msvcp.dll 100 was not found but i did download the packages for the dll.100 but still not working.

Might want to check ram. going by the POST code list, 8.2 is power supply, 8.4 is memory.
