Windows 10: Coded emails

I have a Surface Laptop Studio. About a week ago, SOME emails from my internet server not the outlook.com emails suddenly came all lines of coded messaging. It usually happens in emails that are newsletters etc. It only happens on my Surface and not on my desktop or phone. I did not touch a thing and don't see anyplace in "settings" on my Surface to fix this. How do I fix? Thanks

I do not like to suggest hard resets all the time to solve everything.

Unwanted codes in email messages

Thank you for posting to the forum in regards to the issue you are having with codes included in your outgoing messages. This is certainly an odd behavior. At this point I have more questions then suggestions. Please provide the following details and
we will follow up with some suggestions.

• What email service are you using when you send notice these codes, Live, Google, Outlook Exchange, etc...?
• Are the codes attached to all of your outgoing emails?
• If you send emails from another account, do you notice the same behavior?
• Do you notice the same codes when you receive an email?
• When did you first notice this behavior?
• Did anything change at that time, a new service provider, a new email provider, an update of the phone, etc...?

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or if any new information comes to light.

old email addresses

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.
