    Minecraft pet coins purchase

    Hi,

    It looks like the purchased coins was not yet updated to your son's account. Here are steps on what should you do if the purchased coins was not yet updated:

    If you purchased on your Windows 10 device:

    1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com and check your recent purchases.

    2. If you see a completed purchase, restart your device as it may need to be updated.

    3. If you have another Windows 10 or Pocket Edition device, sign in on that device to see if your purchase appears there.

    *If the purchase appears, there may be a problem on your device. Make sure that you’re signed in with the same account used to complete the purchase.

    Hi

    I've purchased some Minecraft coins through the Microsoft store and received the confirmation email but the coins havent been added to my son's account. Can anyone tell me how to either get then added or get a refund?
