Windows 10: Cojntrol key sticking

My PC has started acting as if the ctrl key is being pressed, but not only when the keyboard is connected.When it starts happening is a bit random. Sometimes it's as soon as it starts sometimes it's after half an hour. It can be while it's being used, or when it's sat doing nothing.With the on screen keyboard it shows the left ctrl and v as being pressed. If I click both of them off, get rid of the OSK and then restart the OSK, the keys are highlighted again.I've uninstalled the HID keyboard through device manager. But it makes no difference There's been no new windows updates, and no new so

Method 2: Clear readonly status with Diskpart
