    My emails are very slow to arrive. Also attachments take a long time to download. The little yellow circles go round endlessly and the word Cancel appears in a box, but no attachment. My PC is a brand new Acer with hardly anything on it, and I've just moved to Window 10 from Windows 8, since when I've had this problem. Help someone please! The Helpline doesn't answer the question
