Windows 10: Collage in Windows 10?

Does Windows 10 offer the possibility to combine several pictures into one or to create a collage? I did not find anything at first go.

To get a collage format:

• 
  Go to all settings.
  
• 
  Select personalization.
  
• 
  Click on lock screen.
  
• 
  Click on screen saver settings
  
• 
  Click on settings
  
• 
  Under "Use this theme" choose "Collage"
