Windows 10: Colors are all so deep

I went away for a week and left one of my family members who knows very little about computers to take care of my dog, I come back and now all the colors are screwed up. For instance, discord is now a lot lighter than it's supposed to be, reds are now extremely deep, and everything looks super bright overall. I'm not sure if it's a monitor issue or something in the settings.

does window 10 support 16 bpc or deep color (48 bpp)? If not does windows 7 or xp support such deep color?

 

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Cortana's Font Color (Blue) is impossible to read when she responds to me

I understand that you are trying to change the font color for Cortana on your PC, I suggest you to follow the step mentioned below:

Steps:

1. Type ‘Color settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Tap on the ‘Color’ option.
   
3. Uncheck ‘Automatically pick an accent color from my background’.
   
4. You can select the preferred color, under
   Windows colors.
   
5. You can click on Cortana and you will be able to notice the color that was selected.
