Windows 10: Colors on some windows have gone to crazy

Suddenly this morning February 16th 2023, 10 am when I started using my pc the background colour of some windows has changed to black with white or yellow text and green highlighting. I have NOT made any changes to my settings. This problem has occurred before but I was able to fix it by tinkering with the Settings-Color option and switching between Custom and Light. But no such joy this time. This is damn frustrating.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.
