    Colours incorrect in drawing programs on Windows Surface Laptop


    Hi there


    I received a new Surface Laptop 3 last week, and I've already installed Photoshop and Affinifty.


    If I open a grayscale document in either of the programs, the document in the work area displays as shades of beige. If I use a color dropper, the hex values indicate that the programs are registering the colors as shades of gray. If I save the documents and then open them in Photos, then the colors show as gray.


    Hopefully you can see this in the attached image. This is a screen print inserted into a Powerpoint slide and saved as a jpg file. You can see where the colour dropper has registered a gray shade that is displayed as beige. The surrounding panels look correct.


    I believe I've updated Windows 10 to the latest version


    How do I ensure that the colours are correct in these programs?

    Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

    Hello Jimmy, Colours incorrect in drawing programs on Windows Surface Laptop :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
