Windows 10: combability mode for apps not showing in windows 11 and 10 only 8 and 7

having a problem were i cant play gta, I launch the app and straight after it says "quitting" and now i also have a problem were i can only choose combability mode for windows 7 and 8. windows 10 and 11 are not there anymore
