Windows 10: Combining functionality of Edge tabs bar and Windows taskbar

In earlier versions of Windows, there was a toggle available that made separate tabs of a browser appear as separate icons on the Windows taskbar. If this toggle was reintroduced, and if we were given the ability to disable the Edge tabs bar altogether, that would save a good amount of screen real estate, especially on a 13" laptop. Would it be possible/feasible to reimplement the feature?

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.

How can this function be found and enabled in windows 11?
