    i had some problem with restarting loop. that blue screen error was unmountable boot volume, so i was reset the laptop. after that i saw mcafee installed automaticaly, then i uninstalled it. and checked windows defender not opening, coming this error. i was tried to fix not worked. so again i reset the device, this time i didnt click keep my files. so like fully reset. same that time too have mcafee, so i found the the software that remove it totaly, but still i cant open defender. virus and treat protection.how to fix this.

    Hei i had to full clean my new pc, that has a greencom account since i bought the pc from them. and after i made a new account i cant access windows defender it just say
