    i am sorry if my english not good, i own alienware classic m15x that i already upgraded to win 10 free, used to be win 7 home premium, since that the problem came to my system:

    1 BSOD because ST Microelectronic acellerator free fall sensor driver not compatible ( Not solved )
    2 Synaptic touch Pad problem cause by Driver (solved)
    3 OSD on screen display Software and driver (notSolved)
    4 can not ajust monitor light (not solved)
    5 Bluetooth not working ( solved)
    6 command center blocked By UAC but i still can manage to make it work but only with administrator acc or downgrade it with old version command center

    if any one can help me to solve this problem or already solved it please teach me how to thanks .....

    Microphone not working after I installed the audio driver

    Original title: i just intalled windows 10 on my Alienware m15x , the microphone worked then but now it`s not working ,, i guess that happened just after i installed the audio driver !

    windows 10 camera app keeps crashing.

    This could be a driver issue. The Camera App is failing to initialize the camera. My suggestion will be to re-install the drivers. Hopefully that will help you. You should note that according to the Dell website they don't have drivers for Windows 8.1. The
    latest drivers are for Windows 7. You can try installing those from
    http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/alienware-m15x/drivers
