  1. Command line to trigger/force a Windows update?

Is there a way to trigger or force a Windows update via the command line?

I take a laptop for trips but because my primary computer is a desktop, the laptop can sit for months unused.

I'd like to quickly double-click a link to a .BAT file that will do this right before I head out (or the night before) rather than be surprised by a gigabyte of updates that need to download and install when I'm on the road.

GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Command line to trigger/force a Windows update? :)
