Windows 10: command processor not working

Discus and support command processor not working in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a problem where the Command Processor won't open; then it finally does, but I can't get it to respond to commands.     command processor not working


    I have a problem where the Command Processor won't open; then it finally does, but I can't get it to respond to commands. IE: SFC /scannow and DISM commands. I can do mail Gmail open browsers, etc, But Outlook new won't open, so I've tried doing the above commands and they don't work.What is the best way to resolve this problem?ThanksKen 977

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile command processor not working :)

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
