Windows 10: Command Prompt is closing chrome and I think I have a virus

If I'm charging my computer every once in a while a command promt window will open and close, then chrome will close and re-open but with two new tabs, - and School. What should I do?

Command prompt window opens, Chrome repeatedly closes?

I recently got a problem where a command prompt window opened, and no visible command is run before it disappears. Then after the command prompt window closes (it opens for only half a second) my google chrome starts to close repeatedly, approximately every 30 seconds. It seems to close every tab in the window, so maybe it's just closing the window? But it gets quite annoying.

I have rebooted multiple times, checked for chrome updates, reinstalled chrome, and run a virus check. I have uninstalled any recent software I have installed recently (only Connectify Hotspot and Valorant), but this keeps happening. What should I do? And what could be causing this?

Edit: After chrome closes, it seems to try to re-open, displaying the panel list of google accounts to pick from. Don't know if this is of any help.

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

 

Google Chrome Crashes — I think it is Command Prompt Related

I have been experiencing several chrome window crashes since this morning.. There was never any input from my side. This never happened before, and I never did anything new..

Google Chrome could've updated while I was asleep since I didn't shut off my PC, so that is a possible culprit.

Each crash takes one window at a time..

It has done this to all google-profiles, even on the profile manager itself





Each crash occurs within about 1-2 minutes of eachother.

I have noticed that shortly after this occurs, command prompt would open, (I didn't notice any scripts) it'd last for about a few short seconds, before automatically closing itself, and it's after this that the crashing would begin.

• Restarting does not work.. It will last maybe 10-20 minutes, but eventually Command-Prompt will open and the cycle will begin anew.
  
• Reinstalling chrome doesn't even hinder the damn thing.
  
• Using Task-Manager to close all Google-chrome instances does not work, Google-chrome will automatically reopen just to begin crashing again.
  

I suspect it has something to do with Chrome-tools because after shutting it off in task-scheduler the crashes seem to stop.

But eventually Chrome-tools will just start again and I'm kinda back at square-one.
