    Command prompt opens and closes when pc starts in windows 10


    today in the morning i installed "classic shell" this program that lets me customize the start menu, but then it corrupted some files because i was unable to open my start menu and my settings, i managed to factory reset my computer from settings thanks to DSIM command but then as I start my pc after starting two command prompt opens and gets immediately closed i am unable to read what written inside that just like a flicker it comes and goes, and this every time i boot my pc. please provide a solution what it is?? is it something bad or related to win10????is it a virus???

    command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

    I am repairing a laptop for a friend and I need to access windows in safe mode and the owner has forgotten the password to the main user. I tried logging on with the administrator profile in safe mode but it is not showing up so I was going to use command prompt in safe mode with command prompt but command prompt will not open when I boot that option. Does anyone have any hints for me to figure this out?

    two days back i upgraded my pc from win 8.1 to win 10 and from yesterday as i start my pc after starting two command prompt opens and gets immediately closed i am unable to read what written inside that just like a flicker it comes and goes, and this every
