Windows 10: Command prompt pops up when turning on and off bluetooth

Hi,


My bluetooth is working normally I can receive files from other devices and connect speakers and headsets. My only concern is that there's a quick command prompt popping up and closing whenever I turn my bluetooth on and off. I've already tried installing and updating the drivers from Intel and Asus and doing a clean install every time I update but still the pop up is there. I'm already using the latest driver from Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29790/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10 and same with the WiFi driver since my bluetooth and WiFi is built in on my AUS TUF B550m plus Wifi mobo.


My only suspicion right now are the built in drivers from Microsoft that are getting installed whenever I install the driver for my bluetooth like this one Bluetooth Device RFCOMM Protocol TDI since its driver version is still the old one 6/21/2006 ver 10.0.1904.1 same with the Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator and LE. Is there a way to manually update this?


Hoping for your solution or suggestion on this matter.

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.
