Windows 10: command prompt showing user account?

    due to forgetting password, I did a shift —>restart. I was able to select advance options then command prompt. I was going to try to rest password through the cmd line, but it was asking for password there too. So I was trying to exit this command prompt screen, but every time I reboot it goes back to command prompt. I’ve selected don’t remember password and gives me option to restart. That’s also reboots and back to command prompt. I’ve tried a hard reboot and back to same screen. I’ve tried three reboots and it goes back to the command prompt screen. Any ideas on how to get out an
