Windows 10: Comment box turns red?? Can't edit or submit.

I comment a lot. Have been doing so since 2016 I wonder why?. Lately, when I try to post a comment or reply to a comment my comment box turns red and th comment never seems to post. I can't edit or do anything once the red box surrounds my comment. I looked and it says I am not blocked so WHAT IS HAPPENING? I like to comment. Take an hour of my day to do so. Kind of depressing that I can no longer post freely. What's up?

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

Comments and tags not saved or disappears

Hello,

Could you please answer few question:

• 
  Are you not able to see the Comments section in the file or the comment is missing for the MP3 file in the file section?
  

If the Comment section is missing, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Right click on the categories where you see the file section and click on more and scroll down and check on Comments section and check if it helps.

And issues with Microsoft Word 2010, suggest you to post your query in on the below link and check if it helps.
