Windows 10: Commenting on MSN Articles

When looking at news articles on msn, either on the app or lap top the name on my profile is correct but the name next to my photo when I try to comment is not correct. I am blocked from commenting based on that name. I recently changed the name and it did not change on photo on feed Not sure I chose correct product for this question

I tried to post the following comment on a MSN cruise ship article, not allowed:

"A lot of very awkward and/or poor grammar. Wonder if this is a poor translation or written by a bot.
One example: "A journey that can even last a day or more, so 128 days, that’s the Holland American lines."

Gibberish."

Anybody know what is going on or why this would be rejected, other than some combination of undesired criticism of MSN and/or a mindless bot.

I also note that there is no longer a category here for MSN, have to use "other windows apps"
