It's windows, one of windows damn auto updates failed to install properly and just hung and caused a piece of hardware to stall. It seem like 124 is very common and most likely mostly caused by windows and not the hardware it self.

I ran fallout 4 four several hours and haven't gotten the crash again.

I think 1511 is the most stable windows 10 edition currently. No comments on what was the condition of TH2 when it was released.

Don't service packs updates usually improve the quality of the OS, it's support, functionality and overall user experience? It feels like every step forward we take two back.

 

I wonder if this issue is affecting "everyone" with a Kindle device or some people only. I am going to upgrade my sister laptop today and she has got a Kindle paperwhite (fingers crossed).
