    I need to communicate via USB between c/c++ application on Windows 10, and, an android device Device ModelCommunicate between Windows C++ Application and Android Device, Via USB :pAX A910, android version: 7.0.MSDN suggested two approaches on windows side.UWP app: It needs a manifest file that keeps on showing an unending chain of errors.WINUSB functions: The example programs available did not detect my device, as per input asked which was class GUID.LibUSB: The open source Libusb detected the device based on input VendorIDCommunicate between Windows C++ Application and Android Device, Via USB :productID.The device is detected when USB configuration on device is "adb" and is not if it is "MTP". May be that should not be an issue?

    usb deviced not dectected in windows application

    I have an application running in Windows 10. The device is recognized by windows 10 but not by the application.

    After the device is plugged into the usb port and recognized by windows 10 the error message in the application appears Device Not Detected

    I was wondering if the a resolution to the problem or a list of steps i may follow to debug the problem

    Please reply with the following information to help you further:



    • What happens when you connect the Android device to the computer?
    • Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message/code?


    In the meantime, I suggest you to try connecting the device to a different USB port and see if that helps.



    You may also refer the troubleshooting steps from Method 3 mentioned in the article

    .
