Windows 10: Community notes and comments on censorship

I see that other people have questions about why their comments were flagged as offensive. I too was censored by Microsoft and I was not allowed to make comments in violation of my First Amendment. A satisfactory answer does not appear in what you have posted. It would appear that there are others beside me who were not allowed to make comments. I would like Microsoft to answer why?Thank you! I wlil be looking for a public response.

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.

 

on msn articles comments, my comments work, but responses to my comments come back incoded, not in english. this just started in last couple days.

There are no steps, it is by design, part of the censorship program. If they do not like your commenting, they break the capabilities. It is the only thing that makes sense otherwise they would have fixed this months ago.

 

Sticky Note Missing

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.
