Windows 10: Community won't allow picture to be uploaded

When creating a Q .... I try to add a screenshot, use the 'insert image button'It gives me the option to browse to file - but when I press upload it fails .... with a 'failed to upload' message.Tried several different files - all fail.Also the drag & drop file also fails.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Right click on the picture.
• Click on open with.
• Select paint.
• You will be able to see the picture in paint.

Profile picture

I tried again what was suggested about searching for my profile pictures, and I cannot find them. It won`t even allow me to change it to one of my other 2 previous ones. Also, I can`t change my lock screen picture. Maybe I need an idiot-guide! lol.
