Windows 10: Comntinually have blutooth problems with Windows 11 on this headset

The headphones literally work with everything else. Why do I continually lose my mic and or my audio. No it is not an error with the headphones. Also why is Windows listing my headphones as 2-. What is the 2?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

blutooth conectivity problem

I am shohan. I am using Lumia 640 xl. I face problem connecting my beats - monster replica blutooth headset. I can't find this blutooth headset on blutooth setings. I try all possible way. But it does work.

Please advise me on this regards.

E90 Blutooth Headsets

I'm having problems detecting bluetooth headsets on my E90.

My phone has the older software V 07.24.0.3 as the newer version is not yet released for APAC so I'm not sute if this has something to do with it. It seems to detect older model bluetooth headsets but not Blutooth Spec 2 devices.

Has anyone had any experince with this and how it could be resolved?

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set.
