Como fazer funcionar Ctrl + Alt + R ?

Que devo fazer para o meu rato funcionar?

O rato deixa de funcionar, embora "diga"(no gestor de dispositivos, "...este dispositivo está a funcionar..."! Já tentei todas as ajudas, não resultaram - que devo fazer?

Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the

Boa Noite,
gostaria de saber como fazer para actualizar o meu windows Mobile 6.5 (ZTE) esteve avariado e ficou sem ser actualizado. e já não é reconhecido pelo windows 7 (PC).
O meu windows Phone funciona em perfeitas condições..e gostaria de ter o windows Mobile a funcionar com as actualizações..
Já fui á página da operadora (TMN) e não encontro como actualizar..
