Windows 10: Como resolver disk usage em 100% ?

Vamos lá, eu tenho um computador de última geração com muita RAM, processador Intel de 11° geração, GPU rtx 3060, enfim. Completamente novo! Tem algo de 3 meses que foi montado. Porém o uso do SSD sata está em 100%, sendo o system o processo que está consumindo, isso está deixando ele extremamente lento. Já atualizei para o windows 11, fiz verificação completa, até mesmo de antes do boot do windows usando o kaspersky e nada. O disco oscila seu uso, ficando entre 0 a 100. Algumas telas azuis estão ocorrendo com os seguintes erros:Erro no despejo de memória O sistema operacional perdeu o contr

• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
