    comoputer is rebooting itself several times a day.


    The computer bluescreens, says there is a problem and needs to restart. This happens several times a day and is causing me big problems

    I copied an item from the event viewer that I think might have a clue. Can anyone look at it and tell me now to fix or suggest anything I can do to fix it.

    950XL hangs and reboots several times a day

    950XL hangs and reboots several times a day. It usually happens when touching the screen near the bottom, but not always. I thought it's a hardware problem, but several other people with new 905XLs told me they face the same problem.

    Until last week I had a test 950XL unit which did not have that problem.

    One observation: on the test unit I couldn't turn on Hebrew text suggestions.

    On the new unit I can and did. Although I don't see how these are connected, I have now turned off the Hebrew test suggestions to see if it improves the hang/reboot problem.

    Unexpected reboot

    What hardware is available for swap testing? PSU? etc.

    I saw a PSU on ebay and that was on my list of options to try.

    what puzzles me is that the reboots never happened for FIVE years until i installed windows 10 and someone said this indicates a driver issue.

    So driver verifier will be my next step (thanks Zbook)

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
