Windows 10: compact.exe is filling my harddrive and blocking the app does NOTHING

My harddrive is being filled by compact.exe. I had 50 GB free only in a space of 3 hours to see 40GB disappear. It says its downloading something, so I say cancel and the download and block the app. This apparently does nothing. Literally b/c a minute or two later, I get a message saying that a file is being downloaded. So I again say cancel download and block app. So my harddrive is being filled up and I can't do a damn thing and the stupid freaking notification pops up and a large chunk of my corner screen and I can't cancel this notification. I can only hit the arrow which causes the settings page to open up. This stupid setting is driving me crazy and it appears no one from Microsoft is monitoring these communities site.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Log in to Microsoft account | Your family using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.

Ebay Content not displaying - Block fill with white sheild.

I very frequently get this weird block fill on ebay content, my own and 3rd part listings.

Not the headers and foot notes, but that central part of the listing that sellers fill in themselves. It's a reddish brown block fill with a small white shield in the centre, within the shield is a small 'x' that is the same colour as the block fill. I'm
running a pc that has been updated to Windows 10. I think that Defender has taken over from the lapsed MacAfee.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Best gaming harddrive Sugestion ???

Seagate states on their 750gb,32mb cache harddrive that the best application is video surveillance.(liquor stores,how very sad and completly overpriced for the amount of problems they have).Yet Passmark lists this near the top of their harddrive page.Any one have a suggestion for something that will last.(maybe samsung???)
Also I was considering a Raidmax hybrid 2 sli 630w powersupply.Any thoughts on Raidmax??
