Windows 10: Company email is intruding Personal Windows 11 Account User Setting?

Hi I've been using Microsoft 365 Personal for many years and always have it activated when I moved on to any new laptops. I'm on Windows 11. I've also been using it with my company email - company subscribed to Microsoft only register on Outlook without any problems. Recently the company email started to intrude all my laptop's settings such as Face recognition few days back, and most recently today, disabled my PIN out of no where. It does it pretty badly these few days and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the latest Win 11 update? How does adding only company email to Outlook a

Best Multi-User Email App?

Hello. I am looking for an email app that will support 2 users, each with 2 different email accounts (one gmail and one outlook account each). Ideally they would like to use a single email program for both of them but would like separate inboxes for each person.

So, ideally:

• One email program.
• Two inboxes, with each inbox collecting email from a unique gmail account and a unique outlook account.

Will be interested in any suggestions.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Also may I suggest you change email accounts to one of the following.....

Gmail
Outlook

The reason is they both use "Step two verification". This style of verification means even if a hacker gets your password they cannot log in to your account. You see every time someone try's to log in that hasn't been verified you will get a text or a phone call giving you a final code to log in. Its very easy and simple to setup also. The great thing is once you setup your Email application with a specific "application password" from that account you never have to log in again AND your account is protected from being logged in from foreign entities.

I like the new outlook personally however Gmail is also damn good. Gmail also has an IP tracker that allows you to see WHERE the account has been logged in from. Anyway let us know if you wanna change over and have any questions. We will be happy to help and welcome to TPU!
