Windows 10: company PC cannot register on AzureAD MDM

How do I find out the Company or Person who enrolled a device in MDM?

I have a couple of devices that seem to have been hacked and hijacked by a company or person utilizing Microsofts MDM software and I was trying to figure out how to find out what company or person enrolled my PERSONAL DEVICES to the MDM software?

These are personal, non buisness devices. I own my company anyway so, no one else should have been authorized to enroll anything in any Microsoft software other that what I have installed myself.

I've already confirmed that these devices are not enrolled from my personal or business Microsoft accounts. However, while looking into these issues I was able to get an email associated with the MDM manager, but I do not recognize said email, as my company is a start up and I'm the only employee for now.

Because of this MDM software being fraudulenly downloaded, they stole all data that was stored in my original personal one drive which I was unable to recover because they deleted that account. So, I recreated a new personal account and have been closely watching my business account. And noticed some invoices with unauthorized charges pop up in my email related to another microsoft buisness account under me that was created without my knowledge or authorization.

So far they have taken control of mine and my daughters personal phones and tablets (as I utilized Microsoft on those quite often) which seem to have been magically enrolled in the MDM software remotely. Next they wiped the hard drive of my personal laptop (causing it to be stuck in the bios screen which I'm having trouble doing anything with because they also set an admin password that I have no idea what it is). Then they enrolled my personal desktop to the MDM software and hijacked it by revoking my administrator rights, I can't do anything with my any of PERSONAL DEVICES. On top of preventing me from working, they have created a fraudulent microsoft business account under me and then have also been fraudulently racking up charges on that one.

Like I mentioned above I do have an email for the person/company who is managing the MDM software that was fraudulently installed on my devices. I've already went through the main steps the secure my accounts, changing passwords, etc. But now how do I go about recovering those devices?
