Windows 10: Compatibility Mode windows 10 to windows XP.

I purchased a new computer for my small business as the old computer is windows xp pro? sp1. I have a program that I use on the old computer, and need it on my new computer. I transferred the program over via USB, but I get errors when trying to use it. Part of the program creates a graph from data collected by the program. When I try to pull up the graph in compatibility mode I get:


"Run-time error '339': component 'GRAPHS32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Compatibility Mode in windows 7 Build 7048

Some games work for me in XP SP2 that do not work in XP SP3.

If I do compatibility mode, I always choose windows 95.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
