  1. Compatible File Extensions.

I'm the first to admit, computers confuse me. I purchased a Lenovo Legion to complete my paperwork for my job. I use a website to do most of my work. Sometimes I am required to take pictures of receipts, but when I try to save them with a compatible file extension, my computer uses some extension that won't display the photo in the website once it has been saved. I didn't have this issue with a Mac Laptop. I don't care if it's PDF or JPEG, but my Lenovo does not allow me this option. I'm assuming there are many more file extensions now, but I am not aware of other compatible extensions.

    :)

Which BIOS files are compatible with my PowerColor 7970?

that's a great suggestion. i will check if i can add that.

if you go to dev.techpowerup.com, the bios database there has a compatible bios button that might help you search

  3. File extension *.docx

    Hi Randy,

To change the file extension when saving a document in Word 2013, you may follow the steps below:

    • Click on File; then, select Options from the list.
    • In the Word Options window, choose Save.
    • Under Save files in this format, select *.doc from the list.
    • Hit OK button to confirm and save the changes.

If ever your Word 2013 application is not recognizing the changes you have made, you may restart the application; however, if the issue still persists, we suggest that you repair it. To do this, see this
    link.

We would appreciate it if you could get back to us and provide us your feedback.
