Windows 10: Complaint - No where seems to answer

Discus and support Complaint - No where seems to answer in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Updated my pc; it locked me out having to set up a new pin.     Complaint - No where seems to answer


    Updated my pc; it locked me out having to set up a new pin. Long story short, I had to reinstlall my whole machine after numerous international calls after I asked for the UK numbers... More complete picture below. Basically I want to make a formal complaint, but there doesn't appear to be any avenue or anyone to contact.The complete picture: I do have 4 different case numbersGiven 2 wrong complaint emails.Took 4 hours for no fixes to work & no further support given.Extortionate cost of international calls after asking for UK numbers. This will be refunded.Problem wasn’t fixed.Asked mult

    No, this is not caused by virus, but it could be related to phone hardware, steps listed will help you establish the root of the issue.
