Windows 10: Complete Anatomy 2024 is frequently crashing. What should I do?

I have been studying human antomy through Complete anatomy 2024. I installed it from msixbundle app package. But after i installed fresh Windows 10 OS, the app has never been in such a good condition! Additionally, it frequently crashes. I have been trying to solve the issue but i haven't got the solution. Complete Anatomy App

I am in need of the step-by-step directions to purchase and install the Complete Anatomy app for Windows 10 by 3D4Medical. I can only get so far through the steps before I have to download the app and I already have it on my personal notebook. The initial
app is free but then there is an upgrade. I paid for the upgrade in order to get the complete app, as it comes in 2 parts. Can anyone help me with this information and the costs and where they occure in the purchase and downloading the the entire app? I need
