Windows 10: Complete anatomy working only with Microsoft Basic display adapter and not working with...

I can't find what the problem of complete anatomy 24 is but what I just found is that it is only compatible with Microsoft basic display adapter which has almost no dedicated memory. What should I do? It's also not working with intel hd gma 4500 graphics displays.

the problem is cannot change microsoft basic display adapter, not getting full screen on display, also seeing a yellow arrow on the adapter in device manager, was able to get full screen when using win xp. how do i fix this problem,
I have tried numerous technique without success

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter not working properly (error code 31)

I've been getting "graphics device driver error code 31", but when i try to update my drivers both on my GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080) and on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter it says the latest drivers are already downloaded. When I then try to choose manually from the computer it fails.

I've tried:

• Updating my GPU drivers
  
• Updating the Microsoft Basic Display Adapters drivers (both manually and automatically)
  
• Checked for updates on Windows Update
  
• Inactivated and re-activated the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
  
• Uninstalling the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and restarting my PC
  

I don't know what else I can do

Help would be greatly appreciated
