    I have a big problem. The worst problem compared to any others in this forum.


    I have been fully locked out of my account, asked to enter password for my account when ALL my old passwords don't work, and I can't even reset my password. When I can reset my password, I enter all of the right details and you say it's WRONG. things can't be this stupid

    I can't log on to Admin or any other accounts, since there are none.


    When I tried to change my user account name it was displaying my full name in command prompt and I wanted to teach someone to create bots I looked up some tutorials and I enabled admin on my computer, then closed all programs and logged in to admin, then tried to change my name in the C drive which was successful.

    When I disabled admin and went back to my other main account, the problem started. I opened command prompt in order to install some packages for the bot, and the command prompt said:

    C:\Users\TEMP.DESKTOP

    follwed by - and a string of letters/numbers. Windows couldn't log in to my account and I had tried, when I did I lost all my files and despite restarting my computer about 5 times, nothing happened. >:


    Then I had to log out and ran into the problem I mentioned in the second paragraph.


    I need a response, please e-mail me and don't message me through HotMail as it's not on the mobile. If you can fix this then I'll get access to the thousands of files on my computer.

    MS account lockout. Unable to reset.

    I am locked out of my MS account. All directions point to conventional reset help / support page requiring text verification code to reset. Problem is, I am in a rural locale (no cell service .. no texting) so unable to use that method. No other reset method appears to be available.

    It is impossible to get help from MS so am VERY grateful to have found this support forum. Hope someone can help. (In any case) thanks (in advance) for suggestions.

    I can not reset my google password

    Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.
