Windows 10: Complete reset of my computer, cant login to Microsoft account and cant select anything in...

So i did complete reset of my pc with deleting all filesand when the thing was done i cant login type pin to my account it says: the user profil service service failed the sign inuser profil cannot be loadedobviously i searched for answers but majority of them include going to safe modebut when i go to troubleshoot advanced options and startup settings i cant select anything, my keyboard seems to be working because lights are on but doesnt work only there, everywhere else is workingmy motherboard is h110m pro-vdmaybe there is some setting that would allow my keyboard to go into safe mode or th

• Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
• What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
