Windows 10: Completely random peaks of disk usage at 100%

I'm having problems due to 100% disk usage by system processes. I have tried so many solutions in many places but none worked for me such as stopping antivirus processes, my PC is already up to date so no updates are running etc. Tell me a solution. Now it's getting unbearable.

100% disk usage and memory usage

100% disk usage and memory usage can be caused by a software corruption, running application running on the background and malware or virus infection.

For us to properly isolate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, kindly answer the questions below:

• Did the issue happen after installing the Fall Creators?
• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

System and Compressed memory frequently runs at 100% Disk usage

I think this is the only post someone got a comment this might be caused by the antivirus.

Also other possibilities to try:

Disk usage always at 100%

Did all the suggestions, replaced my Avast-free with Avira-free antivirus, disabled superfetch and windows tips. Checked the possibility with defining the virtual memory, but it works much better when leaving it as automatically set by windows.

Just checked the results by trying to peak my memory usage (what uncovered the problem with the system and compressed memory in the first place) and this seems to work very well. If before the peak to 100% HD use and memory peak got my computer stuck for
minutes, now i can see the peaks, but it falls back after a second or two, and the computer runs smoothly.
