Completely unable to disable Antimalware Service Executable

I've tried every solution I could find online. I've tried editing the registry. I've tried disabling it in task scheduler and restarting. I've tried disabling defender from settings. I've tried running a scan. I've tried leaving it alone for a few hours to see if it would run it's course and turn off automatically. I've tried changing the permissions so I could terminate the task in task manager see below. I've tried everything from the first three pages of google but this damn malware won't stop eating 40% of my RAM. Please help.

    :)

  3. How to completely disable Antimalware Service Executable?

I have disabled Windows Defender using Registry Editor, here's a link of the exact procedure I followed : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ecutable/b5ce5b46-a65b-460c-b4cd-e2cca50358cf
    (read Deepika's answer)

Even after having done that, Antimalware Service Executable is still running constantly and when I'm not using the PC, it becomes even more active (using 50%+ of my disk).

I am actually using Microsoft Security Essentials.
