Windows 10: Component ANIBTN32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered??

Hello I am running into a issue when trying to install this program for this company I am working forThis software is a paint software called smarttrak and I cant get it downloaded on two computers I have tried many other computers and I have no issues at all so ive updated all these computers did system scans and just cant get passed this one these two computers and I am not sure if I can just re download the missing module or I can by pass this somehow I am not sure

I keep receiving run-time error 339 when I try to open a program that has been installed on my laptop. The error states that "Component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." The program previously
worked so I am unsure what has happened. Please tell me what I can do to rectify this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am trying to download Nacsport Basic+ (Sport Analysis Software) and it now comes up with "Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. It was working fine, i then went to put in the product code, needed to be admin to submit it, so i ran it as admin and now it does not work.
