Windows 10: "Component of the operating system has expired. File: \Windows\system32\boot\winload.exe...

The device is HP Precario Compaq CQ61 3GB RAM/Pentium T4200 CPU/BIOS Version: Hewlett-Packard F.23. It currently runs on Windows 7 32bit but the processor supports 64bit I've checked. I've downloaded the Windows 10 x64 build 10074 .iso file from uptodown.com. I've used PowerISO to boot it into a USB. Once I've restarted my PC, the Windows 10 logo appeared for a while, after which, I've received the following error windowhttps://m.imgur.com/a/lVsvuvz#ctEyGxmI've checked the .iso SHA256 with the one on the download page to check for corruption it's a match. Computer will not boot - says missing system component

I recently downloaded and installed Windows 10 over Windows 7 on one of my computers,

and it seemed to be running fine.

Now when I try to restart it will not boot and says that a component of my system has

expired. I tried to boot off a restart DVD, but this is for the earlier system (Windows 7) -

I was able to get it to start to boot, and it finds the Windows 10 system, but this only

takes me back to where I started = a message that says a component of the system has

expired.

I have multiple PCs in my home - is there anything I can download and try to get my

PC with Windows 10 up and running.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I was going to go on my PC and then I randomly got Automatic Repair. The title was your PC needs to be repaired.

Filename: C:/Windows/system32

It was an exe file (not winload!)

I forgot the name so I cannot say the real filename

I also forgot the stop code.

Can someone please help me?!
