  1. CompPkgSrv.exe

I just recently had Windows 10 update to version 1903. When it did, something new was added called CompPkgSrv.exe. In processes it's listed as Component Pakages Support Server. However it doesn't seem to do anything. It's located in the System32 folder. It's not anything malicious, so far as my antivirus can determine, and turning it off in Task Manager doesn't seem to hurt anything. Is this in any way essential, or can I safely delete it, since it seems to do nothing but take up space? if it can't be deleted, can it at least be shut off so it doesn't pop up in the background on Task Manager?

    :)

  2. What is CompPkgSrv?

I noticed "CompPkgSrv" in the task manger with the description "Component Package Support Server" and this is the first Time I've ever seen it. I've searched for it online but haven't been able to find anything about it. What is this?

  3. What is CompPkgSrv?

I have version 1809 OS build 17763.55. I've scanned with both Mcafee and windows and they have found nothing.
CompPkgSrv doesn't appear in the task manger on start up, I'm not running anything to do with servers and I've only seen it after the 1809 update.
