Windows 10: Computer all of a sudden lagging really badly.

I got on my computer today and tried to play some games, but when I tried they started lagging really badly. I'm using a Acer Aspire 3, Windows 11. My processor is a AMD Ryzen 3 7320U. I have 7.24 GB of usable ram. I already tried looking at my task manager, the game was taking up most of my CPU which is normal but it should be running smoothly.

Roblox games lagging badly.

Whenever I try to play a game on Roblox it will just lag really badly. This is not a Wi-Fi issue or something like that it will just continue to lag really bad, and I have tried almost everything like, reinstall Roblox, turn off and on my laptop, etc. This started to happen after my Roblox crashed completely. So, someone help please

 

Computer games lagging badly

My computer has been lagging badly for the past 3 weeks this lag problem started basically out of nowhere as it was fine before. I noticed when I play roblox my ping will fluctuate throughout the day from averaging 70-90ms of ping then suddenly spiking to 1000ms where the game will freeze every 10 seconds. I have tried so many things I've even factory reset my pc, scanned for malware, did a network reset, and yet nothing worked. Ive also noticed my pc has started to be slow overall. Could someone help me resolve this issue?
