Windows 10: computer always loading when nothing is happening and keeps flashing

my computer mouse keeps flashing with the timer symbol on it, however I am not doing anything..... can someone please help me on why it is doing this???

Can't get past HP loading screen

Today I was updating my AMD drivers when something went wrong and I was forced to restart my computer, ever since then my computer will load to the HP loading screen and then just go to a black screen with a loading circle that just keeps loading but nothing
happens, I have tried everything from the advanced menu and I will always get an error, whenever I attempt a system restore its just stuck on the initialising screen, I've scanned the system files and apprantly nothing is corrupted, I just don't know what
to do

 

Nothing happens when i plug a USB flash drive into my computer.

My problem is that whenever I try to connect a flash drive to my computer, nothing happens. I have tried connecting multiple different flash drives to my computer in all of my different ports and it wont recognize them, however my computer recognizes every
other USB device. I know it is not the flash drives because when i connect them to other computer they work just fine. when i plug a flash drive into my computer and go to device manager it shows that the flash drive is plugged in, however it shows a yellow
exclamation mark next to it and when i click on it it gives the message "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver could not be loaded because a previous
version of the driver is still in memory." This led me to believe that something was wrong with the driver, but i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers several times and it keeps happening. this problem has also been happening for a few days
so i have restarted my computer several times since it started and that has not helped either.

 

Some background maintenance task perhaps.

 

That's very common with Celeron laptops regardless of the amount of memory you have.

 

it also wont let me copy and paste and even when I have spell check on it will put a red line underneath it even if that word is right and then keep on going with the red line under it as if their is an error......

 

ok so I found out what the problem was my graphics card needed updating..... thanks to everyone who helped me
